At KPS Ayurveda Care, customer satisfaction and product safety are important to us. Due to the nature of Ayurvedic medicines and healthcare products, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Non-Returnable Products

Since these products are consumable and health-related, returned items cannot be resold or reused for safety and hygiene reasons.
Eligible Cases for Replacement
A replacement request may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Wrong product delivered

- Leaked or broken packaging during transit
- Missing items in the package
How to Request a Replacement
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Damage caused by improper handling or storage by customer
